Living Hospitality, founded by Mark and Philipp Mosimann, was born out of a family tradition deeply rooted in the art of hospitality. It all began with their father, Anton Mosimann (OBE), whose name has become synonymous with culinary excellence and innovation. With over 35 years of experience, Mosimann’s has grown into a globally recognized family business.
Anton Mosimann’s journey started in Switzerland, where he developed a passion for food while working in his parents’ restaurant. His groundbreaking career reached new heights when he became the youngest-ever Maitre Chef des Cuisines at the Dorchester Hotel in London, earning two Michelin stars. In 1988, Anton opened Mosimann’s Club, a private dining venue, which has since entertained royalty, heads of state, and celebrities from around the world. The Mosimann family’s commitment to “passion for excellence” continues to define the brand today.
In 2007, Mark and Philipp Mosimann joined the family business, bringing with them a wealth of international experience and fresh perspectives. They have helped evolve Mosimann’s into a global name, catering at world-renowned events such as the London 2012 Olympics and the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee. They also had the honor of catering at two of the most prestigious royal weddings in modern history—the wedding of Prince William and Catherine Middleton in 2011, and Prince Harry and Meghan Markle in 2018.
Building on this legacy, Mark and Philipp created Living Hospitality, a global hospitality company that extends the Mosimann ethos into new and innovative directions. Living Hospitality provides tailored experiences for a wide range of events, from intimate private gatherings to large-scale international spectacles. We specialize in luxury dining, food and beverage consultancy, and concept development for diverse offerings, including coffee shops and street food.
Our portfolio spans prestigious sporting events like the Saudi Golf Tournament under Aramco PIF, Guards Polo Club, and Monaco Formula 1, as well as global stages such as the World Cup in Qatar, Expo Milano, Expo Dubai, and Expo Osaka. We’ve also catered to exclusive occasions like the Cannes Lions Festival, the World Economic Forum, and provided bespoke services to the Royal family in the UK.
In December 2023, Living Hospitality had the distinct honor of catering the exclusive New Year’s Eve celebration for Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, the ruler of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. This prestigious event showcased our capacity to deliver impeccable service and culinary excellence for high-profile occasions. Our bespoke menu and carefully curated dishes reflected the luxury and refined tastes of our clients, creating an unforgettable evening.
On June 8, 2024, Living Hospitality took part in the inaugural Waterbomb Dubai, an exhilarating entertainment and water festival in the UAE. We were entrusted with providing VVIP hospitality for this high-energy event, ensuring seamless service and an elite dining experience. This event further demonstrated our ability to handle large-scale, dynamic functions while maintaining the unparalleled quality and precision that define our brand.
